Fans of Pawn Stars are devastated over recent news. During the early morning hours of January 20, Rick Harrison, the beloved star of Pawn Stars, made a heartbreaking announcement.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Rick’s 39-year-old son, Adam, has passed away. Rick’s representative, Laura Herlovich, confirmed the news of his passing, revealing that Adam was discovered deceased on January 19.
Herlovich shared a statement on behalf of the Harrison family. “Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss.”
Rick later took to Instagram to share a photo of himself with his oldest son:
“You will always be in my heart! I love you Adam.”
Initial reports believe Adam died of a drug overdose, though the circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear. An investigation has been opened.
