Following $700,000 Worth of Procedures, This Individual Begins De-Transitioning Once More (before/After Photos)

Oli London, a 35-year-old British individual, rose to international attention after spending approximately $700,000 on 32 cosmetic surgeries in a quest to look like a K-pop idol. His fascination began in 2013 upon moving to South Korea, where he became captivated by the seemingly flawless appearance of Korean pop stars. Battling low self-esteem rooted in childhood bullying, Oli undertook extensive facial alterations—such as jaw, chin, and cheekbone shaving, along with several eye procedures—in an attempt to become “transracial.”

Though he achieved the aesthetic he sought and launched a music career with viral success, each procedure brought only temporary satisfaction. The intense criticism and online harassment he received led to a cycle of surgeries in pursuit of perfection. In May 2022, still searching for identity, Oli came out as transgender and underwent 11 surgeries in one day to feminize his face, including a facelift, brow reshaping, and hairline adjustments.

But even with all the changes, fulfillment remained elusive. That same year, Oli experienced a turning point after converting to Christianity. This spiritual transformation led him to question his constant need to change his body. Embracing his natural form, he decided to de-transition, return to a male identity, and stop undergoing surgeries. He began reversing earlier procedures—such as removing facial fillers, correcting gynecomastia, and reshaping his nose to a broader, more masculine form.

Now focusing on fitness and non-surgical treatments, Oli describes this phase of his life as reclaiming his authenticity. He plans to re-enter the K-pop scene with a fresh perspective and a stronger sense of self. Through his memoir Gender Madness, Oli shares his story to inspire others to embrace who they are without chasing external approval. His journey is a testament to the emotional toll of radical transformation—and the healing that can come through self-acceptance.
